Fortify is currently working on a bespoke investment project in Al Barari. Through innovative and strategic design, the team secured an additional 3,500 sq. ft. of built-up area - a 33% increase - expanding the total footprint to over 16,500 sq. ft. and significantly enhancing investment returns.
This ultra-prime villa has been meticulously designed with orientation, visual connection, and spatial flow at its core. The landscape design celebrates Al Barari’s lush natural environment, while a full-height central glass façade establishes a distinctive architectural statement and a defining element of ultra-luxury living.
Now under construction, Fortify oversees all aspects of quality control and project delivery in close collaboration with the appointed contractor, with completion scheduled for Q1 2026.

The Grange is a new development in West Yorkshire featuring 56 family homes, 14 modern apartments, and a state-of-the-art care home. Fortify is overseeing the renovation of an investment villa in Al Barari. The scope includes extensive bespoke joinery, the creation of an expanded master suite and walk-in wardrobe, and a comprehensive upgrade of all internal spaces to enhance functionality, aesthetic appeal, and market value.
This project forms part of a targeted investment strategy aimed at maximising asset performance within one of Dubai’s most sought-after communities.
